Invalid CSS in sig
I noticed your sig seems to have invalid CSS, color:Maroon2, Maroon2 isn't a valid color in CSS. I don't think it's causing any real problems, but I thought I'd let you know. Gigs (talk) 18:18, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
- ? Eh, feel free to edit it out if you wish, because I have no idea where. Thanks IShadowed ✰ 18:19, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
WQA
In the instructions at the top of the WQA page, one of the (important) steps is to notify the user(s) you are reporting, by placing a {{subst:WQA-notice}} template on their talk page, so they don't have to hear about the discussion second hand, from a 3rd party. WuhWuzDat 18:25, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
- Dear user, thank you for bringing this to my attention, as I must have missed the notice. Thank you again, IShadowed ✰ 18:28, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
- I have tagged the WQA as 'Stuck', as it doesn't appear that WQA will be able to do any more than it already has done. It is up to you whether to let the matter rest for now and hope advice is taken, or to pursue the problem down another venue of dispute resolution. Whilst I am no expert, feel free to ask on my talk page if your unsure what to do if you wish to attempt to continue the dispute resolution process, or ask at the bottom of the current WQA thread, as I am sure someone will be able to advise you. The thread is not closed and is still open to be edited by anyone, so don't think the discussion is closed! Happy editing to you, --Taelus (talk) 17:03, 19 November 2009 (UTC)
CSD a7
Pleae remember to use it only for the types of articles specified. It specifically doe not cover buildings or artwork,. DGG ( talk ) 19:27, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
- May I ask which article you are referring to? IShadowed ✰ 19:57, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
- Source (Artwork) -- the one about a building was another editor--sorry about that. But I notice other admins have been removing some of your speedies--and, for that matter, upgrading some of your prods to speedies--an article like What to do in a boring lesson is almost always a speedy as vandalism (or sometimes empty) ; an assertion "Keith S. is an American video game composer who works for small video game companies. Most of his talents are not well know." is not a reasonable assertion of importance, when the Discography given consists of two works, one cancelled, and the other Release date unknown." Most of your work is excellent, but you sometimes have been going a little too fast. I see you use Twinkle, and though it certainly makes things easier -- i use it also -- it makes it very easy to go faster than desirable. And I find that after an hour or so of patrolling, ti's advisable to stop and do something else. I also find it helpful to re-read WP:Deletion policy and WP:CSD every few weeks as a reminder of exactly what they say, though I have been an admin here for over two 2 years now and deleted or helped delete over 10,000 articles. DGG ( talk ) 22:21, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
- Ah, okay, thank you IShadowed ✰ 22:29, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Endless Sporadic, An
Hello IShadowed, and thanks for your work patrolling new changes. I am just informing you that I declined the speedy deletion of Endless Sporadic, An - a page you tagged - because: The article makes a credible assertion of importance or significance, sufficient to pass A7. Please review the criteria for speedy deletion before tagging further pages. If you have any questions or problems, please let me know. NW (Talk) 23:52, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
CSD tagging
Just a reminder, the G4 tag does not apply to Friendzconnect because it was not deleted via a deletion discussion. The page was previously deleted under G11 promotion. The proper tag here would be another G11. If you have any questions, feel free to message me on my talk page. Netalarmtalk 04:38, 19 November 2009 (UTC)
Wikisucks10
It is customary to post info messages in the user pages, see eg. User:Bonaparte. The blocked user Wikisucks10 will see this message anyway, when they attempt to log in from this account. - Altenmann >t 22:30, 20 November 2009 (UTC)

Sock
Is there any particular reason you haven't identified your NEWT sock on its user page or that you continued to create articles with it after you exposed it here? [1] vs [2] which also occured after NEWT asked people not to make articles anymore [3]?--Crossmr (talk) 05:24, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you for the question! 1 & 2) I forgot to template my account. 3) I haven't checked the page lately. Thanks, I've added the identification notice. IShadowed ✰ 06:09, 21 November 2009 (UTC)

You might want to make a {{citejournal}} for this. I just had it written out manually. Click show full citation at the top of the link to see details. Only can find author's name though :(-- fetchcomms☛ 22:03, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- Template:Citejournal. And if you read (ahem) your signature was already added.-- fetchcomms☛ 00:05, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

Google Translate
Hello! It just came to my attention as I was working through the Articles for Translation page and poking through related articles... You appear to have run the Ko Jae-Wook page through Google translator, and the end result is almost as unintelligble to English readers as the original in Korean. Might I suggest not running pages through Google translate? As the Wikipedia:Translation project notes, "Machine translation, especially between unrelated languages (e.g. English and Japanese), produces very low quality results. Wikipedia consensus is that an unedited machine translation, left as a Wikipedia article, is worse than nothing." If you would like to flag a page for translation, the best option is to put Template:Notenglish on the page, and then follow the instructions on the template, and people will sort it out and process it from there. Thanks for your work on Wikipedia! Tehae (talk) 08:09, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry, another user told me to use google translator. IShadowed ✰ 08:28, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
