I have developed an add-on to Google Scholar, which replaces my modified Google Scholar search results page on the toolserver.
Unless you are using Google Chrome, you'll need to add the GreaseMonkey browser add-on before you can use the script: Firefox / Internet Explorer / Opera / Safari (Note: pre-installed in Google Chrome.)
Then you can enable the userscript.
Once you download the script, a {{Wikify}} link will appear just below each search result, to the left of the 'Cited by ###' link. Click that, and you'll be taken to a pre-formatted {citation} template, ready to paste in whichever Wikipedia article you are working on!
