Packing may refer to:

  • In the moving industry, packing is the process of loading household goods into boxes to make them easier to carry and to protect them while in transit during relocation services. Sometimes the term packing also refers to the blanket wrapping of furniture or to the loading of the truck. Moving packers may work for the moving company or as an independent labor service used exclusively for packing and loading one's goods.
