Khamshajiny Gunaratnam (nicknamed Kamzy, born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka 27 March 1988) is a Norwegian politician from the Labour Party. She has studied social geography at the University of Oslo.[1] Gunaratnam were among the survivors of the Utøya massacre in 2011. She survived by swimming from the island while bullets struck the water around her.[2][3]

Gunaratnam was elected representative in Oslo City Council[4] the first time in 2007. She took office as the deputy mayor of the city of Oslo on 21 October 2015.[5][6][7]
