This account, registered 30 minutes ago at the time of nomination has made edits with edit summaries eerily similar to Yh10057. For example, see [[Special:History/British Rail Class 87]]. Both the 203 range IP and the Yh10056 account have tried to remove a paragraph relating to GB Railfrieght with the reason of "duplicate content". Leejy7135 has also removed the same/similar paragraph with the same reason of "duplicate" content. Add to that an edit summary they’ve used - "content correction". ([[Special:Diff/1001957138]]) The same edit summary has also been used by Yh10056 and IP. As it has come to my attention that this user has been socking I am reporting this IP, who has been making the same exact edits, using the same edit summaries, and editing in the same style as Yh10057. I believe they used this IP to evade their block before they created Yh10056. IP has edited frequently from May 2020 to as recently as 6 days ago, and like Yh10057 describes themselves as "a Korean interested in railroads" (see User talk:SK2242/Archive 2#Why is the British Rail vehicle document being turned over?)
