Regarding the poster on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (film)

Hello,

I fully admit that I shouldn't have replaced File:Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (film).png, I do still believe however that File:Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (film) poster.jpg is more "accurate" and should therefor be used on the article. My argument is based in basic image editing practice: If there are two versions of an image, one with contrast significantly increased compared to the other, the one without increased contrast can only be the original one. This is because, when contrast is increased, detail is lost. If a version exists that retains that detail, it is the original version.

I also remember there being another version on the article that was identical to the one I added before you added yours. Do you know what happened to it or rather why did you replace it with yours? throast (talk) 19:22, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
