Karimuddin Alisher (Turkish: Kerimüddin Alişir; d. 1264, Konya) was a Seljuk soldier, and the son of Muzaffaruddin bin Alisher. He was the father of Yaqub Beg, the founder of the Germiyanids.

Alisher was amongst the Seljuk nobles. During the time of Kılıç Arslan IV, Pervane Muineddin Suleiman massacred the Ilkhanids one by one, accusing those who resisted him of the being the loyalists of Izzeddin Keykavus. Alisher, who was against the struggle for the throne between the Seljuk Princes, was also killed in 1264 by the Mongol commander Alijak in Konya.

His great-great-great granddaughter Sultan Hatun was a wife of Bayezid I.
