Valerie Mahaffey (born June 16, 1953 in Sumatra, Indonesia, but raised in Austin, Texas) is an American actress, working mainly in television.
She won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress - Drama Series in 1992 for playing Eve on the series Northern Exposure.
Married to Joseph Kell, by whom she has one child.
