Hi.
Thanks for dropping by my user page. Here I spell out my approach to Wikipedia, and mention some thinkers, writers and books that have made an impression on me.

== Wikipedia Philosophy ==
Rule number one for surviving Wikipedia is not returning incivility with incivility. "Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult." (1 Peter 3:9) If you spend any time on Wikipedia, you will experience deep ideological prejudice, reckless destruction of quality encyclopedic material, information suppression, judiciousness and pharisaism, and even mob opposition. It doesn't help that we don't have interpersonal contact with the person on the other side of the screen: all we can do is exemplify decency and civility. You will also meet erudite, generous and deeply committed community members.

Rule number two is persist.
