Wikilink unnecessary

For subsequent uses (when |first= is not used), it is unnecessary to wikilink TEU, since it would/should have been wikilinked on its first use (per WP:Linking). Agreed, I just came here from a different page to see if we could make that edit. Since there are potential scenarios where TEU might need to be relinked (MOS:DUPLINK, maybe we should add one further optional flag that lets us wikilink TEU if that's necessary for whatever reason?
