Thanks for adding the additional coffee stuff. Btw, if you like coffee let me know and I'll send you some air-roasted coffee if you've never tried it. It's so good and unique you'll see why air-roasting deserves its own wikipedia article. Thanks again, looking forward to adding my research. yavkos

:Glad to have helped. To be honest, I've never heard of air-roasting. I'd be willing to help with the article if you need it. mikmt 22:56, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

My RfA
Thank you for your support in my recent RfA. I think valid criticisms were raised in areas that I need to work on, so I've withdrawn my name. I intend to work on addressing the concerns that were raised, and think I need to work contributing without allowing myself to become as stressed as I have been at times, which did result in some inappropriate behavior. Perhaps I may re-explore adminship at some point in the future, but it's a little early to consider that. Again, thank you. Fan-1967 21:42, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

RRRRAGE!

You beat me on Mrs. Bucher, and I got an edit conflict with you on the warning! Night Gyr (talk/Oy) 04:13, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Jibril Yoonis

This article does not need to be deleted. The Jibril Yoonis are the most dominant clan in the Gadabuursi tribe. Somalis base their social structure on clans and tribes. This particular clan currently holds the presidency for the Republic of Somaliland. They also were the first clan amongst the Gadabuursi tribe to hold Ministry positions after Somalia gained independence from its colonial rulers. Those at wikipedia.org must not be ignorant to the importance the tribes and clans play in African politics and society.

P.S. I do plan to add the family tree for the Jibril Yoonis clan. the Jibril Yoonis clan traces its genealogy 1200 years back.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Ahmedguray (talkcontribs)

Jibril Yoonis pt.2

Please understand that the Somalis are oral people, we did not have a written language until 1972 but can our history goes back to the Pharonic times. Because of our infancy of written language, we are only beginning to publish stuff about somali society. As aforementioned, Somalis (as most Africans) are tribal people and our tribes/clans are the foundation to our social system. With all respect, I know that you are not of African descent because you are insulting me by indicating that this might be a joke/hoax. I am trying to give further comprehension of the intricate politics of Gaadabuursi. Some of my fellow tribe members and I plan to make additional pages on wikipedia.org about other clans within the Gaadabuursi. We started with the Jibril Yoonis first because they are the traditional leaders, next we will do Nuur Yoonis(Reer Nuur) and others after that.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Ahmedguray (talkcontribs)

A little light relief does no harm, so long as the intent and the message are serious.--Anthony.bradbury 00:31, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

J-ska

Hey, I got a little pissed off at you for nominating J-ska for deletion. Looking at your contributions, I see that you are just sweeping through Wikipedia and doing some very useful weeding. I apologize for taking it personally and thank you for your useful efforts in this regard. As I noted elsewhere, I should have polished J-ska in my sandbox before posting it. Rejewski cycle diagram

Hi, thanks for SVG'ing the diagram. I don't suppose you'd be able to tweak it so that the highlighting rectangles don't overlap other letters? Otherwise it looks slightly messier than the original. Otherwise, good stuff; cheers. — Matt Crypto 17:47, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Will do. ::mikmt 17:51, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, looks good. — Matt Crypto 23:54, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
