History
The settlement was established by miners who developed the coal deposit of the Cheremkhovsky basin (Cherembass). It was named in honor of the main pre-revolutionary industrialist Shadrin Gerasim Vasilyevich (1831-1903). See the article on the website of the newspaper SM Number one: Shadrinka is a district with a bright personality.
In Soviet times, when the Motherland began to need coal, Shadrinka's second life began. Exiles from the Urals (half Russians, half Tatars and Bashkirs) were sent to develop coal deposits. They built the village on their own. The status of a resident of Shadrinka was-a special settler. Special settlers lived in barracks. Later, the national ranks of the residents of Shadrinka were replenished by exiled "Bandera" from Western Ukraine. Thus, until the 70s of the XX century (when many Western Ukrainians left for their homeland), the population consisted of 4 large groups: Russians, Tatars, Bashkirs and Ukrainians.
The cultural life of the exiled village of Shadrinka in the 30s of the XX century was supported by exiled Moscow actors.
During the Great Patriotic War, the Shadrin people made their feasible contribution to the common cause of victory by shock labor in coal mines.
Currently, there are no operating enterprises on Shadrinka.
