Discretionary sanctions notification

As Template:Editnotices/Page/AR-15 style rifle says You must not reinstate any challenged (via reversion) edits without obtaining consensus on the talk page of this article. This includes making edits similar to the ones that have been challenged, you have just ignored this. Please self-revert your change, or I will be asking for discretionary sanctions to be applied.
