@Bhaskarbhagawati look, you are not making any sense here at all. if you are going to reply in 2-3 words only then I doubt you will make any sense. If you want to know the motive of something you need to ask others. Not post random nonsensical templates on my talk page. What I posted on your talk page is not a warning. It clearly says in the first line "This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date." Do you understand what it says in the first line? Please let me know. I can explain that line if you have trouble understanding it. Also please read Wikipedia:Arbitration_Committee/Discretionary_sanctions#Alerts.
