Change of leader

Siddaramaiah is the present opposition leader in Karnataka, and hence his details need to be uploaded under the leader section. DK Shivakumar is presently the prisedent of the party, similarly where the president of JDS is not in leader's seat, but HD Kumaraswamy is present.
