I submitted a biography of a well-known personality Mara E Rudman, but after submission, I found that it says cite your sources using footnotes. I have even used footnotes and other external links very carefully, but still, it says The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. |
