I like it..

Hi Corpx, what's up? I just wanted to tell you that it's usually not favored to explain your votes in any kind of debate with phrases like "I like it". Just a heads up. ← ANAS Talk? 14:52, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

WikiGnome award

Hi Corpx- You recently opposed my WikiGnome personal user award proposal because it does not really resemble a barnstar. I placed additional comments on the proposal page here that I would appreciate your reviewing in hopes that you would change your position. Also, I am open to suggestions as to how I can make the award more look like existing personal user awards. Thanks. -- Jreferee 20:45, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

NPWatcher approval

You've been approved to use NPWatcher. Please give me any feature requests or bugs. I'm also happy to help if you have any problems running the program, or any questions :). Before you run the program, please check the changelog on the application page to see if I've made a new release (or just add the main page (here) to your watchlist). Finally, enjoy! I had to do a correction of Flight 19 due to the unwanted attention of this individual. Due to the large amount of vandals on Wikipedia, I may have to enroll in anti-vandal school! Carajou 22:18, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

nofollow

I know external links are nofollow now. It is still considered spam to add an actual informational link that happens to be on a commercial site?
Obviously if I know it's a nofollow I am not posting a link looking for benefits of linking to an authority site or PR help - that's what spammers are looking for. It certainly isn't for click through traffic, there really is no future in relying on that. The main reason really is to give the anglers something they are actually looking for, use your logic man and common sense - don't over analyze.
Since everything is nofollow now Wiki should consider being a bit more flexible on some of the resources they will accept. I am making an assumption but you probably aren't the outdoors type so you wouldn't know that an up-to-date fishing report is a resource in great demand by anglers that fish for all species, bass or other. Just a thought.
I won't post again but I sure get a little discouraged when I see other commercial sites sit up there for days on end that are nearly identical to a few of my sites. Not counting ESPN, did not mean to delete that really in my haste.
You have a nice weekend. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.10.139.87 (talk) 04:26, 27 January 2007 (UTC).

I had looked at your discussion page here and it seems like the a lot of other people also thought your links might not be suitable for wikipedia. The best way before adding what might be considered controversial is to discuss it on the discussion page. People browsing these pages will be much more informed about the validity that people that are just checking the recent changes. Corpx 15:00, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

Your report on 64.53.84.195 to WP:AIV

FYI: [1]

Just wanted to let you know that I removed your report without action because the IP hadn't vandalised since your final warning. I'm not sure if you were using a tool such as VandalProof to make this report, but it's best to wait until an IP has vandalised after the final warning before making the report. Thanks, Deathphoenix ʕ 17:43, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

those crazy warnings and {{test}} tags

yeah, i don't throw down a lot of warning tags... i go into it in greater detail here: [2]. -- frymaster 17:52, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Gianna Michaels

Please do not add direct links to xxx videos/pics for sites she has worked for. This can be construed as promotional material for the sites. Corpx 21:29, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

I can understand not publishing the external links but how can you cite sources or references if you won't allow a direct link? - User talk:24.72.109.227
I'm not familiar with the bangbros sites too well, but it should be pretty easy to navigate to her scene once at the site, right? Corpx 01:24, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

If you go to the bangbros website (www.bangbros.com), it will only give you links to their individual sites inlcuding Big Tits, Round Asses (BTRA). With both sites, they have an Adults only warning.

Once you click enter on the BTRA website (www.bigtitsroundasses.com), you are taken to thier pages of most recent models which may or may not include the person we are citing a source or reference to. The link I provided (http://www.bigtitsroundasses.com/t1/pps=skoopy/shoots/btra2316.htm) is the direct link to Gianna's most recent solo shoot with BTRA.

I would suggest that if the sources or references cited are considered as "promotional material", even though they do confirm that she is featured on the website, that the citation tag be removed and it is taken on good faith that she has appeared on the websites listed.

Ivy Queen

Hi i am not sure if this is where i am supposed to contact you but i just wanted to clarify in no way shape or form did i consider my addition to the ivy queen page vandalism. I was careful to use all the proper puncutuation and grammar and it is a valid claim that some people have argued. I thought that was one of wikipedia's main goals, having a diverse array of points of view. Please do not delete my valid edits. Thank you.

Your edit was "It is rumoured that Martha either had a sex change or was born intersexed because of her masculine face, her low-pitched voice, and the curious name of "Ivy Queen" (a common term for transvestites).". You provided no sources to it at all and wikipedia frowns upon "rumors". Corpx 05:18, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Navasota ISD Page

You let me know how I can appropriately let everyone who views the NISD page know that the whole student body despises Brett Rumbo and I'll quit "vandalizing" your precious Wikipedia. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by GSki11 (talkcontribs) 07:12, 13 February 2007 (UTC).

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Coltmccoy-corpx.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Coltmccoy-corpx.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Lisa Leuschner

You reverted Lisa Leuschner back to the old page... I don't understand why. No vandalism... I was trying to improve the page. Reasons?

Here is the page I saw when I was browsing through VP [3] and it looked like you were adding a myspace that you were not sure of (noted by the ' ? ' Corpx 17:29, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Report on 63.175.185.131

Sorry, it wasn't me that made the edit to Stud inappropriately, it was someone else on my IP address. You can imagine that it was not hard to figure out who it was since he used his name in the edit :-P I've talked to him and he won't do it again. Didn't mean to cause any problems.

Image:Coachfran-corpx.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Coachfran-corpx.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ytny (talk) 18:15, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

WP:AIV reports

Hey! Thanks for your reports to WP:AIV. However, in the future, please make sure that vandals reported have vandalized PAST the final warning. Most recently. User:165.234.180.57 was reported by you. This user has 1 edit today and 1 warning. They may repeat or they may not. Many admins will imemdiatly remove such cases to be reported later if the vandalism continues. Hope this helps and thanks again. -- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 15:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
