Editing logged out and previous account

Hello,

I write today as an individual checkuser. I received an email from another checkuser credibly indicating this account is not a new user and that the operator of this account has been editing logged out in overlapping topics with both this account and the previous account. I agree with his two conclusions. Accordingly, I have two requests:

1. You should remove the text on your page that indicates you may be a new user, or make it otherwise obvious you mean it in ironic taste (NOTA BENE : I dont know all the procedures, sorry if I breach an important rule.). It is clear from the previous account's editing history that this is an untrue statement if taken at face-value.
2. Ensure you remain logged in at all times on the topics and in the topic areas that you edit using this account. Please understand that continuing to log out may result in a block for your IP, your account, or both, due to our policy on logged-out sockpuppetry.

If these are unclear requests, please feel free to contact me onwiki for clarification, or email ArbCom for clarification, before continuing to edit.

I was unaware that because my brother used the same IP (and still occasionally does, but never for the same topics) that it means that I MUST BE familiar with the procedures, the statement "NOTA BENE : I dont know all the procedures, sorry if I breach an important rule." was meant to be taken at face value, It is therefore obvious that you are being sarcastic since you would know that this is a real possibility. In addition, when I have edited in an overlapping fashion, I have always made it clear that I was the same person, I'll take it you are aware I am lazy, but I'll try to follow that rule. , as wiki-policy on "Editing while logged out in order to mislead" specifically mentions that it is OK to use multiple accounts IF they are both clearly the same person and it isn't used to gain an advantage, from my user history you would know that the only time I used both accounts interchangeably it was so obvious that I myself admitted being in a "two to one" contest and that fellow editors sometimes quoted one account to criticise what I was saying with the other. It is clear that the alleged breach of rules are nonexistent when taken at face-value.

Also, NEVER EVER EVER assume sarcasm in a written text unless you are beyond resonable doubt sure that it is sarcasm, I am bloody livid about a serious statement being taken as sarcasm. CanadianScotNationalist (talk) 00:55, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

Also, you insist there is "consensus to keep" despite there being a "concerted effort" from half a dozen unique accounts over the past 6 years to remove them. You cant just declare that there is consensus when you get sick of something, thats literally against the rules. (And before someone tells me that is "gaming the system" theres 2 of you and 1 of me, not exactly a "clear consensus".
