Musongati Gitega Football Club, also known as Musongati Football Club, is a football club based in Gitega, Burundi. The club currently plays in the first division, Burundi Ligue A.^[1]^[2]

History

It was founded in 2006 in the city of Gitega and played for the first time in the top-flight of the Burundian football in 2017-18 season.^[3]^[4]

Colours and badge

Musongati FC's colours are green and yellow.

The Musongati FC badge has the Burundi map and its vegetation.

The colours represent the rich Burundi vegetation

Musongati FC play their home matches at the Stade Ingoma
