This category keeps track of DYK entries of {{DYK talk}} and {{Article history}} that differ from the standard format

It should not be considered authoritative in the sense that the detection logic is still being tweaked and will not handle certain non-standard DYK hooks, like

  • |entry=... that in 1782, the [[Qianlong Emperor]] enquired "[[Lacquerware|lacquer]] is cause for ten officials to protest; what if it is also '''[[Carved lacquer|carved]]'''?" ''(example pictured)''

Those cases can be bypassed by add |bypass-error=yes to the relevant {{DYK talk}} or |dykignoreerror=yes in the {{Article history}} template.
