Season chronology

Tamasha Season 2 (transl. Spectacle/Drama) is the second season of reality TV programme Tamasha, which airs on ARY Digital. It adheres to the format of the Dutch reality show, Big Brother, which is licensed by Banijay in the Netherlands. The Pakistani version has celebrities as housemates.

Its first season premiered on 20 August 2022, hosted by actor Adnan Siddiqui.

This season first aired on 5 August 2023, with the same host, Adnan Siddiqui returning. This time there are 14 housemates, rather than 13, like the previous season.

Jail

This season, a Jail was introduced to the housemates. This Jail was located in the Gym Area. The Jail could only be opened and closed by the Wazir, who had the power to send housemates to the jail. The Wazir would hand the card to the prisoner, then chain them and lock them in the Jail.

Red Card - 24 Hours of Imprisonment - Can only use once a week

Orange Card - 12 Hours of Imprisonment - Can only use twice a week

Yellow Card - 6 Hours of Imprisonment - Can use as many times per week

Weekly Summary

Week 1	Entrances	On Day 1, Ambar, Ali, Adnan, Danish, Neha, Zainab, Rana, Junaid, Aruba, Michelle, Nida, Natasha and Omer entered the house.
	Twists	On Day 6, Amber was given a secret task by Badshah to get milk for the housemates. Amber, with the help of 2-3 housemates, had to hide all the glasses of Rana without letting him and the other housemates know however she failed to complete the task as other housemates got to know about the secret task.
	Nominations	Ambar, Ali, Faizan, Junaid , Adnan, Neha, Rana, Aruba, Michelle, Nida, Natasha and Omer were nominated for first-week eviction.

	Tasks	Immunity Task - Tamasha Tokens On day 2, each nominated housemate received ten Tamasha Tokens to use for all the facilities in the house. Facility Amount of Tokens One Meal 2 Tea, Fruit or Eggs 1 Bathroom 1 Make-up Room 1 Gym 1 Four hours of sleep 2 The nominated housemates must present the token in front of the Wazir and a camera and give a reason for using a token, then place the token in the box. Nominated housemates are allowed to steal tokens from each other. Danish will be the supervisor of this task, and can take the help of Zainab as well. If a housemate uses a facility without paying a token, they can be given a punishment by the Wazir, and sent to Jail by the Wazir. By the end of the task, tokens saved by the housemates were; Rana - 1 Junaid - 11 Omer - 11 Michelle - 10 Neha - 11 Amber - 6 Aruba - 0 Nida - 6 Adnan - 0 Natasha - 6 Ali - 11 Faizan - 12 Since, Faizan and Junaid had highest tokens and they won the task. Omer, Neha and Ali had 11 tokens however, Wazir took one from each therefore Wazir had to safe one from Omer, Neha and Ali. He chose Ali.

		Immunity Task - Water Tanks On day 4, Nominated contestants were divided into three teams. Team 1 - Omer, Aruba and Neha Team 2 - Adnan, Michelle and Amber Team 3 - Rana, Natasha and Nida Each team was alloted with a glass cubical tank. One from the team has to transfer water with the help of small glass from a huge cubical tank to their tank while other members have to distract the other team during transferring. At the end of each round, team with the less water level have to eliminate one team member among them. At the end of the task, Omer, Aruba and Neha won the task. Badshah ask the winning team to save two members among themselves. They chose Omer and Aruba, hence they were saved from nominations.

Nomination Notes

• ^1 : On Day 3, Faizan won the Immunity Task, and he was saved from nominations that week. Junaid was saved by Adnan Siddiqui. Omer, Ali and Neha had the second most Tamasha Tokens, Danish got to choose who to save out of these three. Danish saved Ali.

• ^2 : On Day 4, Omer, Neha and Aruba won the water tank task and they had to choose two members among them to be saved. They chose Omer and Aruba.
