James Mace Ward is an American historian specializing in modern Eastern Europe and the Second World War. He received his Ph.D. in history from Stanford University in 2008. He is a Teaching Professor in Modern European History at University of Rhode Island. [1] He has introduced term Legitimate Collaboration, criticized eg. by Irene W.D. Hecht. [2]
