about reliable sources

Hi Bishonen, It's very difficult to meet WP:RS for an article about WP:NBIO ,because in a small region like Odisha,only newspapers like Mid Day,The new Indian Express,Telgraph India,Outlook India,Odishatv-a television news channel,Pragativadi,Orissapost cover their stories which are not listed as reliable sources in wiki.If articles not showing press release ,is it ok to produce paper clippings might help.
