@Martinrandall: as it turns out, I had mentioned the guidelines for conflict-of-interest editing in the welcome message I had left on your talk page three years back. You may want to first go through the links that are given in that message and familiarise yourself with the COI guidelines. Once that is done, use the {{edit COI}} template to make an edit request on the talk page of the page you want to have updated. @Chris troutman Based on their edits, the username might imply they are an official from the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church. Which would make the username against policy. Nobody (talk) 12:32, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

You are correct but I imagine that they are. User is neither blocked for username nor did they receive any warning on their user talk, so I worry that a username change will only obscure the un-announced conflict of interest. Chris Troutman (talk) 12:36, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
