Bokassa is a Norwegian rock band from Trondheim.[1] Currently, the band consists of Jørn Kaarstad, Olav Dowkes and Bård Linga. The band has released three studio albums: Divide & Conquer (2017) on All Good Clean Records, Crimson Riders (2019) on Mvka Music and Molotov Rocktail (2021) on Napalm Records.[2] The band toured Europe supporting Metallica on the WorldWired Tour in 2019,[3] with Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich giving the band a glowing endorsement.[4]

In 2024, following the recording of the bands forth album, All Out OF Dreams, Bård Linga decided to leave the band on amicable terms. Whilst no replacement has been officially announced, Jørn Kaarstad told The Razor's Edge that a bass player was in place for the upcoming live dates and that they were in no rush to announce a permanent replacement. [5]

The band released fourth studio album 'All Out Of Dreams' via Indie Recordings on February 16th, 2024.
