Asterisk

Can someone inform me what it means for those constituencies that have an asterisk after them? RyanPLB (talk) 11:02, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the history, it seems it indicates new constituencies - but it's not used consistently, and the table columns already show that. I've removed them. John Womble (talk) 16:21, 7 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Co-operative party

Is it worth making the distinction between a Labour Party Candidate and a Labour and Co-operative Party Candidate? Alexanderkowal (talk) 16:13, 25 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't think so - we don't know for sure which will be listed as Labour/Co-op on the ballot paper. My understanding is there is a limit of 50 Labour/Co-op candidates, even if there are more than 50 candidates that are members of the Co-operative Party. Huge apologies

I'm doing some practice edits on my own Sandbox page and I accidentally made the edits here instead of my Sandbox page and although I've tried to fix them, I cannot remember what else may have been there. It was only the first three South West constituencies (Bath, Bournemouth East and Bournemouth West). Hugely sorry! I'll ensure to look before I go again! Parties

Why does the table in the section headed Parties, which says there were 181 ReformUK candidates, 182 Green Party etc. not give a figure for the top three parties, Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat? It clearly ought not to be 0. It's not a running total, needing updating every time someone else is selected; it clearly states that it is the number selected by 1 Mar 2024, so why are these three blank?
