Bahireira Tumwekwase Sylvia was born in Kamwenge District in western Uganda in the Tororo Kingdom.
In 2019, she joined Clarke International University and then International Health Sciences University and graduated in December 2022 in the second batch of nursing graduates.
She then did her master's degree in Nursing at Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi.
