Vartan Sirmakes (Armenian: Վարդան Սրմաքեշ; born 11 February 1956) is a businessman who is the owner of Ararat Yerevan and Lausanne Ouchy.It is known in gold deposit Vejnali Zengilan region of AZerbaijan period 1993-2020 that illegal gold mining was carried out here for a long time.
