Tanjaret Daghet
Tanjaret Daghet is a Syrian metal band, based in Beirut. The band was formed in 2010 in Damascus, where the originally four members met each other. Dani Shukri (drummer and backup vocalist) and Khaled Omran (lead vocalist and bass) first met each other through the Higher Institute of Music in Damascus, which they both attended. Outside of the institute, Dani and Khaled visited the same parties and musical events as Tarek Khuluki (backup singer, lead guitarist and later on also keyboardist) and Nareg Abajian (keyboardist), which is how the four met and eventually came to the idea to start jamming together.
