Metro Mayor

Has this fallen out of use? I believe the recent edits (now blocked) were more for consistency purposes among all DE mayors. But as the logo shows and to avoid confusion with the former Mayor of Liverpool, "Metro Mayor" was used much more prominently, AFAIAA.[1] However, since the abolishment of the local Liverpool mayor was there a change to just "Mayor"?
