Deletion discussion about Henry Foster III

@Vanderwaalforces: I apologize about the delay in response, and I appreciate the feedback (I'm newer here, so I appreciate the opportunity to learn)!

I wanted to explain my line of thinking regarding the creation of that page. As someone who reads Wikipedia quite frequently, I noticed that similarly notable members of the San Diego City Council, such as Joe LaCava, Stephen Whitburn, and Marni von Wilpert have pages without notability issues, and reasoned that other members of the San Diego City Council (all of whom but 2) should have them as well.

I also noticed that in the San Diego City Council Template Box (shown below), Henry Foster (as well as his colleague, Raul Campillo, who I am working on a page for in my sandbox, as well) was previously listed with a red link (meaning no page exists), whereas his colleagues, most of whom have equal or even lesser notability (such as Vivian Moreno, whose page is a stub) to Councilmember Foster.

After reading the guide you highlighted, I realize Councilmember Foster likely does not meet the criteria listed, and I understand and respect the decision of more experienced editors if this still does not change the nomination for deletion recently posted on Councilmember Foster's page.
