Should Manchester City qualify for the 2024–25 UEFA Women's Champions League group stage, they will enter the League Cup at the quarter-final stage. Failure to qualify, however, will mean the team will have to enter the League Cup group stage.

As a result of finishing second in the 2023–24 Women's Super League, Manchester City will entered the Champions League in the second qualifying round.
