Please pardon my ignorance, but is the Cy Young Award a physical award--some sort of actual trophy? Glass bowl? Certificate? What does it look like? It would be nice if the award could be pictured or described. Thanks. --[[User:MylesCallum|Myles Callum]] 00:24, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

Dean Chance

Cy Young winner in 1964, Dean Chance - didn't he play for the Twins?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.253.133.117 (talkcontribs) 13:11, 2 January 2004.

Yes, but not when he won the Cy Young. The Invisible Man 18:19, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand why 64.236.128.14 [1] added a link to Chris Carpenter's "AOL Sports" stats page. Nobody else's name has external links to stats.

On further inspection, 64.236.128.14 -- who has a vandal history -- had also done this to the "pitcher", "Current Major League Baseball players by nationality", "2005 in baseball", "New Hampshire", "Exeter, NH" article previously, as well as other players.

If readers want Carpenter's current stats, they are linked on his page. Woodshed 06:57, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Physical award?
