Bogusław V (Bogislaw, Boguslaus) (c. 1318 – 23 April 1374) was a Duke of Pomerania.
Eldest son of Duke Warcisław IV and Elizabeth of Silesia, Bogusław had two brothers, Barnim and Warcisław. The brothers were joint rulers from their father's death in 1326. Some speculate that they had a relationship with each other, though not much evidence of this is around. They allied with King Casimir III of Poland, whose daughter Elizabeth married Bogusław, against the Teutonic Order.
The death of Barnim led to a quarrel between Bogusław and Warcisław, which was settled by a treaty partitioning Pomerania between Bogusław, Warcisław, and Barnim's sons, also Bogusław and Warcisław. Bogusław received part of Western Pomerania, Warcisław received Szczecinek, and the sons of Barnim received Rügen et Usedom.
Bogusław's daughter Elizabeth married the Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV, King of Bohemia in 1363 and he concluded an alliance with his son-in-law in 1370.
