Neil Archibald Primrose, 7th Earl of Rosebery (b. 11 February 1929), is a Scottish nobleman.
The eldest surviving son of the 6th Earl, his paternal grandmother was the Countess of Rosebery the former Hannah de Rothschild. He was educated at Stowe and New College, Oxford. He was appointed Deputy Lieutenant of Midlothian in 1960. He succeeded his father in 1974.
