Request reason:

This is hard for me to edit. It says I've been blocked? You all said it was an autoblock, and it isn't. The block was more than a day. Can't you just reblock the IP (75.119.23.180) to 2 months as {{anonblock}} for the block. Unless the block expiry is 9 fortnights (reason is: repeated vandalism for several days), I cannot edit Wikipedia. Also, I cannot place the unblock template on 75.119.23.180 because it is protected that only admins can edit it. Can you do that too?

Decline reason:
