Speedy deletion of TicketNews

A tag has been placed on TicketNews requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Fair use rationale for Image:TicketNews.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:TicketNews.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:Ticketnews.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:TicketNews.jpg. The copy called Image:TicketNews.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

Regarding Ticket News

"Ticket News is still a young web site, so there is not too much to reference. What exactly needs to be changed for this to become worthy of staying posted? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks."

You answered your own question. It's a new website that may be important to you, but isn't notable, therefore it's an unsuitable subject for an article. As such, there is nothing you can do that would make it 'worthy'. If it's a ticket agency or similar, then it's also regarded as advertising, which isn't allowed.
