Otoyol 31 (O-31) is a motorway linked between İzmir and Çeşme. Its construction started in December, 1989 and finished in September, 1997.
O-31, passes through İYTE Campus Area, is an important route for İzmir Technology Development Zone[1] which is located in İYTE Campus.
