  1. Attract more members!
    1. Develop a project template to go at the top of talk pages, like template:philosophy, to build awareness. DONE
  2. Settle on a hierarchy for the "big" pages like comics, comic book, graphic novel, sequential art (my instinct is to merge and redirect this to comics), underground comics and alternative comics (merge these two? restructure?), etc.
    1. See below and at this page.
  3. Develop a "template" for comics articles. This would replace the "related articles" section.
    1. See Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Comics/templates, and discuss there.
  4. Select an "exemplar" article for various categories (character, creator, etc.), upon which we should model every other article of that category.
    1. See archived discussion and then resurrect below.
  5. Fill out everything in Category:Comics stubs
    1. Figure out how to link to a category page, instead of using [[Category:Foo]] which means "Add this page to Category:Foo" :
      1. Here's one [way] to do it. ike9898 20:03, Dec 8, 2004 (UTC)
        1. That's what I did above; I'm just looking for a more elegant way. -leigh (φθόγγος) 20:34, Dec 9, 2004 (UTC)
      2. [[:Category:Comics stubs]] produces Category:Comics stubs)
  6. Develop templates for:
    1. Comics publisher articles
    2. Comic-book series articles (Template:ComicBookBox)
    3. Comic-book characters (Template:Superherobox)
    4. Supporting characters (Template:Supersupportingbox)
    5. Non-superhero comic book characters
