Karl-Heinz Florenz (born October 22, 1947 in Neukirchen-Vluyn) is a German Member of the European Parliament. He was elected on the CDU ticket and sits with the European People's Party group.

On July 23, 2004 he was elected Chair of the Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety. But he was succeeded by Miroslav Ouzký on February 1st, 2007.

He is Rapporteur of Parliament's Temporary Committee on Climate Chage.
