General Don Andrés Pico (1810-1876) was the brother of Pio Pico. Both Andrés and Pio Pico were influential Mexicans living in California in the mid-19th Century. John C. Frémont and Andres Pico signed the Treaty of Cahuenga, effectively ending the Mexican-American War in California.
