Final Destination 4 is the upcoming installment to the Final Destination supernatural thriller, franchise. The film will be written and directed by Final Destination 2's Eric Bress and David R. Ellis, respectively, and will be shot in HD 3-D.[1] The film will be released on August 14, 2009.

A group of teenagers are going to see a race at 24 Hours Of LeeMans but something goes wrong at a stunt while the high speed cars are racing. Objects fly into the public and Nick O'Bannon one of the teens sees a never before seen gruesome deaths but it was all A Vision. He warns his friends to go out towards the Exit fast, they make it just in time before the objects fly into the public. Now, they might of made it but Death is after they who are remaining alive.

It will be the first Final Destination film not to feature Tony Todd. He played a mortician from the first two films and was the voice of the Devil's Flight, roller coaster, Devil statue and the speaker in the subway at the end of the third film.
