Concerning this user, i believe a block would be in place. I looked at the users page, and he/she has vandalised before, as well as been warned for it and been blocked before. If i was an admin, i would administer a week long block rather than abnother little warning for writing "F*** YOU, YOU STUPID IGNORANT YANKEE". Honestly, the user needs to be banned in my opinion, but i guess a block would be sufficient for the user to think about what they did. Let me know your decision on my talk page,
