Makhdoom Muhammad Zaman Talib -ul- Mola was a renowned scholar, poet, and leader of his time. He was the Sajjadah Nasheen of Nooh Sarwar Shrine in Hala. He was born on October 4, 1919 in New Hala[1].

Makdoom Talib ul Mola became the Sajjadah Nasheen after the death of his father Makhdoom Ghulam Muhammad. His Shrine is famous as No lakhi Godri. He was 17th Sajjadah Nasheen of nine lacks disciples.

Makhdoom was also active politician and was vice chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party. PPP was also founded there in the house of Makhdoom Talib ul Mola at Hala in 1967. He was very close to Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.

Makdoom Talib ul Mola was also famous Sindhi poet, he was also chairman of Sindhi Adabi Board[2]. Talib ul Mola wrote many book and unlimited article is Sindhi Magazines.

He was awarded Tamgha-e-Pakistan, Latif Award, Hilal-e-Imtiaz for his achievements and works.

He died on January 11, 1993 at Cardio Vesicular Institute, Karachi. He is buried at Hala.
