The Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg, also known as IEP Strasbourg or Sciences Po Strasbourg was the second IEP to be founded, in 1945, after the IEP Paris, and is generally ranked as the second best establishment of its kind in France, losing only to Paris.
