Plot

Mostly Ghostly is an adaptation of the R.L. Stine pre-teen series of the same name, about an eleven year-old boy named Max Doyle who has two ghosts named Nicky and Tara living under his bed, and only he can see them.

Chant

From light of earth, the dark descends, should they return, that all depends... ...when hands point up to moonlit skies on 10-3-1 the darkness dies.

Cast and Characters

  • Sterling Beaumon as Max Doyle - An eleven-year-old boy who is forced to keep Nicky and Tara away from their enemy, Phears. Max is the only one that can see them, for some reason.
  • Madison Pettis as Tara - One of the ghosts who likes Max more than her brother, Nicky, although he does too. She is the youngest. She lived in the house Max lives before the Doyles moved in. She can get Nicky to do something Max ask them to do but Nicky is unwilling to do by giving him the 'Mom Look'. At on point she and Nicky terriorzed a bully who targeted Max.
  • Luke Benward as Nicky - Tara's older brother who sometimes takes a dislike to Max. He lives in the house Max now lives in and likes to prank Max and sometimes his family. At one point he and Tara terriorzed a bully who targeted Max.
  • Brian Stepanek as Phears - The evil ghost who is after Nicky and Tara.
  • Adam Hicks as Colin Doyle - Max's obnoxious older brother.
  • Ali Lohan as Traci West - A girl at Max's school who he has a crush on.
