Local Sydney duo, Tim Potter and Domenic Fraietta of Poo + recorded a parody version of the song with altered lyrics. It was written in the winter of 2002 and was somewhat more popular then the original with 4 fans, the Saunders family.

"Nu Flow" is the debut single from British R&B collective Big Brovaz. It was the first single taken from their debut album Nu-Flow, released in late 2002.

"Nu Flow" was a huge success in the UK, peaking inside the UK top three and is one of the most successful UK hip hop songs, spending four and a half months inside the UK top seventy-five [1]. The single was also a huge success in Australia, where the song also peaked at number three and was their joint-highest peaking hit with "Favourite Things".
