Gretchen Anne Magers (born Gretchen Anne Rush, February 7, 1964 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a former professional tennis player from the United States.

Magers played tennis at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, from 1983 to 1986, where she was a four-time All-American.

During her career, Magers reached the singles quarter-finals at Wimbledon, the US Open and the French Open. She won three top-level singles titles (Auckland in 1987, Schenectady in 1988, and Moscow in 1989), and reached a career-high singles ranking of World No. 13.
