In November of 2008, Buchanan attended a Megadeth concert and was involved in a "mosh-pit" he tried to get others involved against their will and was promptly stopped when a man around 25 wearing a Bjork t-shirt stabbed him in his left eye. He later died after being repeatedly stamped on. The ambulance crew tried patching him up with PVA glue and poster paint, however it was not enough. |

It was noted that this was not widely reported by anyone, his manager (also manager of top selling artists Blazin' Squad) stated this was because, "Neil was a hack who no one really cared about, good ridance." |

He was buried in a casket made with PVA glue and household materials with help from an adult and safety scissors. |
