The Magna Carta School is a secondary school for students from the age of 11 to 16 (Years 7 to 11) located in Staines, Surrey (postal address Middlesex), with intake from the Egham and Staines area. It is named after the Magna Carta due to its proximity to where this historic document was signed. The school contains over 1200 pupils including over 60 prefects.

They are rivals with The Matthew Arnold School, which is located nearby.

The school was awarded Silver Artsmark status[1] in June 2008 and several student representatives attended an Arts Council England ceremony in Brighton.
